Between Monday 10 and Sunday 16 February 2020 (week 4 of the module)

Week 4 of the module is where we formed our group. During the tutorial we were told to create a group comprising of no less than 4 members and no more than 5 members as part of the assignment. We then had to select an organisation from a sector that’s in Casual Dining, Chilled/Frozen Desserts, Events, Hotels and Video Game Development. Our group decided to do the marketing audit based on casual dining and the organisation we went with is Nando’s. We didn’t really get any work done during this week; the duration of this meeting was an hour.

Between Monday 17 and Sunday 23 February 2020 (week 5 of the module)

Week 5 of the module is where we decided to start doing the work as our other 3 modules were starting to handing out the assignments. We didn’t want to overload ourself with assignments. We held our first official meeting at the Library when we didn’t have any lectures/tutorials. So we took this opportunity to go through the assignment brief and discussed which task is getting completed by who. Ace is doing the research, Alex is doing the poster, Matt & Mo are doing the TOWS and CSF’s. The duration of this meeting was 45mins to an hour.

Between Monday 24 and Sunday 28 February 2020 (week 6 of the module)

It’s the final few days before we hand in the assignment. During the time we’ve got left we went through the assignment brief to make sure we did everything on the brief. The duration of this meeting was 20 to 30 minutes it was held at the X Block.
